Statement of Faith

We believe in the eternally existing, personal, triune God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who made all things.

We believe in the full deity and manhood of Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of the Father, where He now acts as Mediator and Advocate.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit whose indwelling in all believers enables them to live godly lives. We believe that the Holy Bible is a sufficient guide for all men, that it is the inspired word of God through the activity of the Holy Spirit, and that in holy reverence it is our chief authority for living. In matters difficult to resolve through christian prayer, and conversation and church tradition it is accepted as our final authority in faith and practice.

The Word of God

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, fully inspired and without error in the original manuscripts, written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and has supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct. (John 17:17; Romans 15:4; II Timothy 3:16-17; II Peter 1:19-21)

Christian Conduct

We believe that a Christian should live for the glory of God and well-being of his fellowmen; that his conduct should be blameless before the world; that he should be a faithful steward of his possessions; and that he should seek to realize for himself and other the full statute of maturity in Christ. (II Corinthians 9:6-8; Ephesians 4:11-16; Phillipians 2:14-16; Colossians 3:17-23; I Thessalonians 5:17-18)
